Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping (US): 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using our Track Order page

International Shipping

We ship to over 27 countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Processing Time Notice

Please note that for initial orders, processing and dispatch may take an additional 3–7 business days beyond our standard handling time. This delay may occur due to banking verification and payment clearance procedures required for new transactions. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this extended processing window as part of our standard order fulfilment process. Orders will not be eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or dispute solely on the basis of this stated processing timeframe. This policy is clearly communicated prior to purchase and forms part of the agreed terms of sale.
