Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
• Opened or used items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

• Any item that has been opened or used.
• No exchanges are offered on any products.
• Items returned after the 30-day window.
• Perishable or hygiene-related products.
• Items damaged by the customer.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at r1x@ronexglobal.info. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
